The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) elevates a school's commitment to the values of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship. These five pillars have been associated with membership in the organization since its inception in 1929. Learn more about these five pillars of membership here.
At JGMS invited members will:

Have an average of 85% or higher in all six of their courses for five consecutive quarters

Participate in two community service projects (fall and spring)

Have the opportunity to run for office (President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer)

Have the opportunity to participate in a community field trip
Meetings will be held once a month on Thursday, in room A-28 from 2:50 - 3:45
