Awareness and Education. Energy and Water Conservation, Pollution Control, Solid Waste Reduction, Reuse, and Recycling are the principles of Sustainability for our program.  Teaching the teachers so they can teach the students is part of this program.  Practicing and modeling sustainable habits such as turning off equipment and lights, reporting water loss from broken faucets, toilets, ensuring the air quality of a room is not invasive for sensitive students and reducing our waste, reusing as we can, and recycling all we can.  Each school must work together to incorporate strategies of sustainability into their everyday work just as they do for all areas within their purview.
